SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through www.lpe.ltd. By placing an order with LPE GROUP LTD, you agree to the terms described below.

ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email (with tracking details where available) once your order has left our warehouse or store.
• If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you via email with an updated estimated shipping date. -
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
• Standard Shipping (UK only):
– Delivered via Royal Mail or a trusted courier partner.
– Free for orders over £50.
– A flat rate of £4.99 applies for orders under £50.
– Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch.
• Express Shipping (UK only):
– Delivered via next-business-day courier service (e.g., DPD Next Day, UPS).
– Flat rate of £9.99.
– Order must be placed by 2 pm GMT Monday–Friday to qualify for next-business-day delivery (excluding public holidays).
– Estimated delivery: 1 business day from dispatch.
• International Shipping (outside the UK):
– Delivered via DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International.
– Rates vary by destination, weight, and parcel dimensions. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
– Estimated delivery:
• Europe: 3–7 business days from dispatch
• North America: 5–10 business days from dispatch
• Rest of world: 7–14 business days from dispatch
– Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RESTRICTIONS
• We ship to all UK addresses (excluding Isle of Man, Channel Islands, and BFPO addresses).
• We ship to most international destinations. Certain remote or restricted locations may not be served; if your address cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified at checkout or via email.
• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are only eligible for Standard Shipping services; Express Shipping is not available to these locations.
• We do not ship to freight forwarding or consolidation addresses. -
ORDER TRACKING
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
• Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment status.
• If you do not receive a tracking email within 48 hours of your order being marked “Shipped,” please contact us at hello@lpe.ltd. -
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
• All delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
• Delivery may be delayed due to carrier backlogs, customs inspections, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility. -
LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
• If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
• For domestic (UK) orders: We will work with the carrier to investigate and, if necessary, re-ship or refund your order.
• For international orders: You must also check with local customs or postal services. If the carrier confirms loss or irreparable damage, we will arrange a replacement or refund once a claim is finalized.
• Keep all packaging and contents in case the carrier requests inspection. -
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
• You may request a change of shipping address by emailing hello@lpe.ltd within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee address changes, as the order may have already entered the dispatch process. -
RETURNS DUE TO FAILED DELIVERY
• If a shipment is returned to us because it was undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, refused by recipient, uncollected from the carrier), we will notify you by email.
• We will issue a refund for the item(s) (excluding original shipping costs) once the returned package is received and inspected—but only if you opt not to reship.
• To resend the order to a corrected address, you will be charged the shipping cost again prior to dispatch. -
BULK ORDERS & SPECIAL REQUESTS
• For orders of large or oversized items (e.g., bicycles, fitness equipment), shipping charges and timelines may vary. These items require signature upon delivery and, in some cases, a separate delivery appointment.
• You will be contacted by our team to arrange a convenient delivery slot or to confirm additional charges before dispatch. -
