Refund policy

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • It must also be in the original packaging.
    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. RETURN TIMEFRAME
    • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • We hold returned items in-store (for Click & Collect orders) or at our returns processing center for inspection once received.

  3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
    • Email hello@lpe.ltd with your order number and reason for return.
    • If your order was Click & Collect, you may also return directly to the store you collected from.
    • We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions on where to send your item (if shipping back).

  4. RETURN SHIPPING
    • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    • If you use a tracked shipping service, please keep your tracking number. We aren’t responsible for items lost in transit.

  5. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund or exchange is approved or rejected.
    • If your return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange as described below.

  6. REFUNDS
    • Refunds are applied to the original method of payment.
    • Once approved, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
    • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@lpe.ltd.

  7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
    • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    • If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@lpe.ltd.

  8. SALE ITEMS & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
    • Only regular priced items may be refunded.
    • Sale items, gift cards, and downloadable software products are non-refundable.

  9. EXCHANGES
    • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you need a different size/color and the replacement is available.
    • To exchange an item, send us an email at hello@lpe.ltd with details of what you need and why.
    • Once your exchange is approved, send your item to:

    • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on the exchanged item unless the exchange is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

  10. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESSING TIMES
    • Allow 1–2 business days for returns to be processed once they arrive at our facility.
    • Exchange shipments will be sent within 3–5 business days of approving the exchange, subject to stock availability.

  11. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@lpe.ltd.
    • Provide a description of the defect or error and include photos if possible.
    • We will arrange for a prepaid return label and process a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
